Gluten free expos are a smart way to attend and take advantage of free tastings, coupons, cooking demos, product samples and get to know representatives of different vendors.

The last gluten-free expo my children, wife and I attended in New Jersey about 6 months ago was amazing. We spent over 3 hours walking the show. We sampled delicious cakes, pastries, pizza, soups, crackers, chips and even sandwiches. They had 3 companies displaying gluten-free beers. I was able to taste them. Let me tell you. It was great.  Most importantly, we received several coupons which helped in purchasing gluten free product at the supermarket.

If you lived around the Asheville, NC area, I hope you are able to attend this event.
